Heart Leadership University is a public-interest educational and scientific association that works to develop “heart leadership” among business leaders : leadership guided by the intelligence of the heart (a combination of intuition, empathy and courage).

A research institute

Heart Leadership University includes an interdisciplinary, applied and independent research institute. We fund several research programs around heart intelligence and power culture in order to reinvent leadership and accelerate business transformation.

An educational mission

A unique “From the Heart to Action” program, in the field and among peers, for leaders wishing to establish a new relationship with themselves, their organization and the planet.
